Foot Reflexology is the most popular type of reflexlogy practiced. It is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy, based on the principle that different points on the feet, and lower legs, correspond with different areas of the body. The theory is that reflexology helps the body to restore its balance naturally. Usually, after a treatment tension is reduced and you feel relaxed.
